Visit Tönning with its historic harbor, Germany’s most beautiful sandy beach in St. Peter-Ording, the picturesque Dutch town of Friedrichsstadt and the North Sea islands of Pellworm, Amrum, Föhr and Sylt. Or take a day trip to Hamburg or to the Baltic Sea to Flensburg, Eckernförde or Schleswig.

Enjoy your barrier-free oasis with walk-in rain shower, the relaxing infrared sauna, the crackling open fire, the rustling of the leaves in the beach chair and the wonderful sea air of the climatic health resort of Tönning, which can only be found on the North Sea.

From families for families. We know exactly what families want on vacation and where possible stress factors lie. Our house is set for this.

Children are welcome in our cottage! Your new kingdom is set up as a playroom and bedroom, and your baby will also feel comfortable in his or her crib in your bedroom.

Couples are invited to use the house as a haven of peace and also for cyclists we are as ADFC Bett&Bike Ferienhaus Mee(h)r as your home for a while!

The cottage

Our modern and lovingly furnished barrier-free vacation home is at ground level and offers 105 m² of space for up to 5 people. A checkroom for adults and one for children await you in the bright hallway.

In the living room you will find a cozy sofa, Smart TV and Playstation®, a seating area with two armchairs with a view of the garden, the crackling Rika pellet stove and the dining area with a large table and comfortable chairs as a meeting point for delicious meals and social gatherings.

A master bedroom with box-spring bed, infrared cabin and small home office workstation, the children’s room for two children with lots of play options and an additional room with French bed and Smart TV ensure relaxing hours and a good night’s sleep.

Behind the fully equipped fitted kitchen is the utility room with washing machine and dryer.

From the living room you have direct access to the garden with a large sun terrace, the Höfats Cube with barbecue facilities, the romantic pavilion, the original St. Peter-Ording beach chair, sandpit and the climbing and swinging paradise for your children. You can park and charge your e-bikes in our lockable storage room.

In the morning, enjoy the barrier-free bathroom with rain shower and underfloor heating for a pleasant start to the day.

The sustainable vacation home is equipped with a solar system, and you can charge your car with surplus solar power at the wallbox.

The historic harbor, the Multimar Wattforum and several shopping facilities such as Rewe, Lidl, Aldi, Rossmann and Kik are all within walking distance of the vacation home. The best bakery in the region, the Mühlenbäcker, is just down the street.

The equipment

Vacation with children is different from traveling with your partner or friends. Resort and accommodation requirements are new and often challenging. We want to do justice to this and at the same time be a beautiful home for parents and grandparents who appreciate clear design and stylish living.
For the little ones, especially infants up to elementary school age, we have extensive equipment on site, so you can arrive light. Playstation® & Co. are available for the “grown-ups”. And for the adults, of course, there is everything that makes the vacation happiness.
