During our visit to the Mondenkind games store in Sankt Peter Ording on New Year’s Day 2025, we found a new game for the whole family: Stupid Cow!
A herd of cows has escaped and many horses, pigs and sheep have also escaped through the hole in the fence. Fortunately, most of the animals are tame and quickly recaptured. They are now distributed back and forth by their owners. But there are three of each species that are extremely stubborn. Nobody really wants them – and so the tricky pet trade begins!
The cow is actually quite good, a strong card – alongside sheep, pigs and horses. But sometimes it insidiously prevents you from winning on the supposed last move, such a stupid cow! So who can use their hand cards to tactically discard the stubborn animals and cleverly pass on the “don’t-want-to-have-cards” to the other players, thereby scoring lots of minus points?
Tactical, clever, gleeful, balanced – simply fun!
